Here are some general facts about Hamidon off the top of my head. Post additional information you may have below.
The issue 3 version of Hamidon (hereafter known as Hami I3 or just plain Hami) is the nastiest, deadliest, blobbiest piece of jello to ever come out of Cryptic Studios. For those of you familiar with the previous version of Hamidon, the main change is that mitos now have an extended range longer than that of a blaster with a 6xlevel+2 range-slotted snipe attack.
For those of you who have never fought Hami, here are a few basic facts about the encounter. All this information comes from raids against previous incarnations of Hami or from the boards. Hence, for all but the most general pieces of information, you should take the following with a large dose of salt.
Hamidon is a big blue blob that lives out in the middle of the Hive (located through a gate on the other side of Eden). The blob contains a single large reddish nucleus (Hamidon) and 32 mitocondria in various colors hovering around it. There are 16 yellow mitos, 8 blue mitos, and 8 green mitos. All 33 of these mobs are classified as level 50 "Hamidon" creatures, so they play by different rules from AVs, Giant Monsters, and the like. The mitos all con purple, while Hami himself cons blue (for no particular reason). Each mito sits on a small invisible platform that a hero can also land on. (Although this is no easy feat even when you don't have to worry about return fire.)
The yellow mitos fire a single-target attack once every 3-4 seconds. While the initial damage is not enough to take out a level 50 hero (782.4 points of damage), there is a secondary DoT component that will exceed the hit points of a squishy. Scrappers and tanks can survive a single hit, although a second or third will kill them. The blue mitos fire a single-target attack approximately once 8 seconds for comprable damage to the yellow mitos. The green mitos do not attack heroes directly, but they do heal other mitos. Hamidon fires an AoE attack once every 2-3 seconds.
Both Hamidon's attack and the mito's attacks are untyped damage and have insane amounts of accuracy. Specifically, defense and damage mitigation powers like unstoppable and dispersion bubble are near- or completely useless against Hamidon.
Each mito has 23560 hit points. Hamidon has 47120 hit points. The regen rates are known, but I unfortunately don't remember them.
There is some chance that a mito will split as you take it down, generating two fully healed mitos in its place. I have heard that there is additional respawning based on the order that you take out the mitos, but have never been close enough to Hami during the mito clearing to witness this myself.
When Hamidon reaches approximately 50%, a new yellow mito will spawn on top of every hero and pet in range. A second, similar respawn occurs at approximately 25% health.
Giant monsters roam the hive and need to be kept off of the raiding teams. There are additionally four "monster walls" around the perimeter of the crater where low level (42ish) minions and lts can be found under the watchful gaze of dozens of giant monsters. A skilled taunter can pull these small mobs to a raid for use in mob-targetting buffs like fulcrum shift.
