Hi there, Question:
What would be the ideal set up for our Rad powers for debuff/buff upon the Hami? So's and slot wise that is.

Really, there's only one debuff that matters vs Hami, and that's dmg resist debuff. So, slot your EF so you can maintain it indefinitely. Extra ranges might be helpful so you can land it from farther out, but I don't personally know enough about EF to be able to say whether that will matter.
AM is still quite a useful buff, of course, but I'm sure you know all about slotting that power.
Your AoE heal is also useful in the healing umbrella. I'd slot that with Heals rather than Recharges, as we should have enough AMs, SBs, and ABs flying around to keep it popping up pretty quickly.
EMP may prove useful against Hami himself. I'd slot that one up with recharges.
These are just my thoughts based on what I imagine the rads to be doing at this raid...if anybody has other thoughts or ideas, please contribute.

unfortunetly the only thing you can slot Enervating field with is Reduced Endurance, Enhanced Range, and Reduced Recharge.
The range is low enough that slotting it for range will not be a major benefit. And it recharges fast enough not to worry about it, especially with all of the speed buff's going around.
I have mine 2 slotted with Reduced endurance.

The slotting of AM you should understand, but With perma-hasten and slotting it 2 endurance recovery and 4 recharge AM becomes Perma. Though with all of the additional buffs speed and endurance recovery will also be a null issue. The primary benefit of AM at this point is +dam and +spd so, I believe I will be slotting for outright speed.

EMP is a tricky thing, I don't have enough experience with it in this situation. Perhaps someone with more hamidon experience with radiation could mention a few words? (Paging Reactor)

Someone calling me out 1Acc+2Holds and 3 Attack rates would be what I consider as optimal...but that's just my opinion.

If you have 50 bajillion AM's going off, no need for atk rates in your holds
