Neither one of these Ideas are mine, so I won't take credit for them.
1. I participated in Killer Phantom/Capt Stupendous' Raid on 12/12. Being on an all scrapper team, Capt S. had all of us empty our inpiration trays and fill them with nothing but Rez's. If a hero is inside of the healing umbrella, they will be back to full health in a second. I noticed with the previous raid and with the beginning of this one, if you just drop a rez in a hero's tray, more than likely he will not notice it. So, I added the bind. /bind i "t $target, Here's a rez" and that seemed to bring it to their attention w/o me having to spend long ammounts of time typing out for every hero.
2. The Next Idea is a strategy being used on another server, in which melee and healers are teamed of which 1 per team has group fly. This allows the scrappers/tanks to participate more in the removal of the Mitos. It might then be able to take out the mitos in a more timely manner. Having 2 ground teams, blasters/heal umbrella and 1 groupfly melee/heal umbrella.

Definitely worthy ideas to keep in mind for a future raid. I know for a fact that the second one was discussed in planning for this one, but I ended up not implementing it because:
1) I was somewhat unsure about how many people actually had group fly.
2) I was trying to get the raid started as soon as possible, and part of that was trying to get people to build their own teams with as little input from the coordinators as possible.
and most importantly
3) There were several last minute changes to the plan, so I didn't get to use the canned startup speech I had set up on binds (where we talked about group fly). Instead, I went from memory to accomodate the changes, and I unfortunately left out the part about group fly.
Sorry, melee heroes....I'll try to do better in future raids.
