The next raid is scheduled for 2/19 at 7pm EST. We will be meeting in Eden to organize and go over the battle plan. Nobody starts the raid until we are all ready to go. I know that this time is rather late for the Europeans, but I promised the Pacific Coast people that I would schedule the next raid at a better time for them.
More detailed raid plans will be posted by Friday. I'll be contacting some heroes to see about putting together a coordinating team, but feel free to post below if you'd like to volunteer for something.
Here are some general ground rules -- if you don't think you can follow them, do not come to this raid.
1) This raid is about having fun while attempting to whack the big blob back to wherever he went after the last four times we beat him. It is not about getting personal recognition, experience points, and DEFINITELY NOT ABOUT GETTING HAMI ENHANCEMENTS.
2) That said, everybody agrees to take no more than one Hami enhancement for themselves. Extras should be given to raid coordinators for redistribution. No, there's nothing we can do if somebody decides to grief the raid. Yes, I fully expect this to happen (although I really hope it doesn't). Yes, I expect everybody to write this off as a cost of doing an open raid. We're here to have fun and beat this guy. At the same time, I'll do my best to see that as many true heroes as possible leave the Hive with a reward.
3) Getting tells from random people screaming at you for doing something they think you're not supposed to be doing is *not* fun. If you see somebody doing something you think they shouldn't be, tell me. Do not send them private messages telling them to stop or yell at them over local or broadcast. That's the coordinators' job -- if you see somebody doing something they shouldn't be, just send me a discreet tell, and I'll look into it and take care of it.
4) It should go without saying, but follow all orders from the coordinators. Have some patience with both us and your fellow heroes as well -- nobody should believe that Hami is a trivial encounter, and we should expect a few rough spots. Remember also that even though Pinnacle has taken Hami down four times already, this will still be a first raid for many people.
5) This is an open raid, meaning that anybody who can follow these guidelines is welcome. Remember that we are heroes, and we should act as such.
